The following is abstracted from an afterword written by Marvin Sackner: I was initially uncertain whether the book was an assembling edited by curry or whether the 49 poems, one on each page and on the covers, in widely diverse styles, were produced by curry alone. This is the first maquette for a manuscript of collages made from colored photographs that curry continues to edit. curry noted in a letter to the Sackners that many of the pieces in this copy will not be included in the final version. Some of the pic have been published but many have not. This copy was made for David UU who wanted to see the entire series.
