Biography
Kristin Sunde was born in 1973 in St. Paul, Minnesota and grew up in Omaha and Newell, Iowa. After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa, Sunde worked in journalism and public relations. Inspired by her experiences as a foster parent, Sunde ran successfully for the Iowa House in 2012, representing District 77 (parts of the Des Moines area) from 2013-2017.
