Biography
Clarence Hoffman was born August 7, 1933 in Leola, South Dakota. He attended South Dakota State University and later became an insurance agent living in Charter Oak, Iowa. He served in the Iowa House of Representatives from 1999 to 2009, serving Monona, Crawford, and parts of Woodbury and Ida counties.
