Biography

Veronica "Vero" Rose Smith was raised in Sandwich, Illinois. She received an MA in Art History from the University of Iowa in 2014 and became an artist, curator, and educator focused on participatory art experiences. She served as a curator at the University of Iowa Stanley Museum of Art from 2016 to 2020.
