Biography

Natalie Landowski was born to Polish immigrants in Mission Viejo, California. Landowski was skilled at piano from a young age and pursued studies in piano performance and pedagogy. She received her BM from the University of California, Irvine and her MM from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. In 2012, Landowski moved to Iowa City, Iowa to complete a DMA from the University of Iowa under Dr. Ksenia Nosikova. After completing her graduate studies, Landowski became a member of the piano faculty of Western Illinois University as an assistant professor. She toured nationally with her colleague at the University of Iowa, Dr. Marian Wilson Kimber, for performances of the historical art form of musical readings.
