20th Century Club of Muscatine Iowa, 1900
The 20th Century Club of Muscatine Iowa, was organized on November 27, 1900 with the goal to improve and develop the intellect of its members. The club consists of members and annually elected officers who attend monthly meetings and abide by the club's constitution, which can be revised at nay point during the meetings. The number of members ranges from 30-35. The following officers constitute the executive board: president, vice president, recording secretary, corresponding secretary, treasurer and historian. In addition to regular members and officers, there are 6 committees: Yearbook Committee, Adventures in Reading Committee, Auditing Committee, Budget Committee, Community Involvement Committee, and Nominating Committee. Each year a new Yeabook is printed with a list of members, officers, committees, and budget for that particular year.
