The loose sheet consists of production notes on the book stating that this single sheet structure was based on a tunnel book created by Carlton B. Lees in 1977. Half of the text describes a delicious lunch and the other half is critical of the meal. Each page depicts an illustration of an item on the menu that is handcolored by Hutchins.
