This exhibition of 29 former students of Walter Hamady was named for the typography studio in room 6451 in the Humanities Building at the University of Wisconsin. Each artist in the exhibition presented a statement of how Hamady influenced their artistic careers. A punctuation colon is printed below a drawing of the human colon, half of which is seen though a cut out section. The text on the final page refers to a mathematical axiom e.g. the whole is equal to the sum of its parts.
