In the first part of her investigation, Sara Waterson reveals how the problem starts at governmental level." -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
Morning Star Folio, A: Catasters. No.4 / Jess ; Norma Cole., 1992
Edited and designed by Alex Finlay. Panels of poetry by Coles are superimposed upon a typical paste-up print by Jess. The minimal text incorporated into the surrealistic image by Jess provides a visual narrative poem. Coles' poem serves as a caption for the surrealistic picture made by Jess. The image depicts a hoisting of a mast [finger?] for a ship (?) using "Rube Goldberg" like pulleys up a mountainside. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
