Biography

Patrick Sean Clark received his B.S. from the University of Missouri in 1982. He earned his MFA in playwriting at the University of Iowa. While still a student he won the Lorraine Hansberry Playwriting Award, as well as the American College Theatre Festival's National Student Playwriting Award, and the David Library Award.   Clark has been associated with some of the most popular and critically acclaimed television programs of the past decade. He wrote for shows such as Northern Exposure and The Commish and worked as a story editor on Coach and Evening Shade. He was a consulting producer on Sirens and Sliders and was a supervising producer on Early Edition.   In addition to his work for television, he has written several plays and screenplays. Sean Clark is currently the director of the Graduate Screenwriting Program at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas.
