The collection is organized in a way to maintain the original order and structure of the collections while in the custody of Iowa Wesleyan University.

The catalogs and yearbooks have been described out individually and organized chronologically. The letters in the Helen Braden Bryan and Ruby Eileen Costello Buck series are captured at a bulk date range but individual letters are housed in singular folders.
