Scope and Contents

From the Series:

This series is composed of the various creative work in the collection. MANUSCRIPTS are primarily early works, short fiction, poems, typed and mostly without edits. DRAFTS AND NOTES are versions of stories with significant edits, and handwritten notes and unfinished works. NOTEBOOKS are just that, notebooks kept intact with handwritten contents, several of which have been titled by the author.

When, in a record, multiple instances occur, this inidicates that an item has been duplicated in more than one folder. For example, many typed manuscripts were typed in carbon copy as well, and the carbon copies may occur in different folders though they are the same version of the work. In other cases, a modified version of the same work exists in a seperate folder, and this too has been indicated within multiple instances.
