These are letters between Harry O. Saunders, a Second Lieutenant in the Signal Corps, and his wife Connie, dating from 1943-1945. Some of the letters are originals and some of them are V Mail letters. Included with the collection are two stamps that Harry had made of Connie's address in Santa Barbara and his return address in order to save time, since he wrote allmost every day and sometimes twice a day. Included are some others items, such as Valentines cards signed Mom and Dad, a menu from a Christmas Dinner, photographs and negatives, and information about Yellowstone and Yosemite.
