The book itself seems to be English but the several loose recipes on inside the back cover are clearly American, most on more modren paper, such as lined notebook and blue onion skin, some have watermarks, embossed logos. Written in several hands, there are interesting and unusual recipes such as: punch that looks like sack (sherry), Quinn's Irish sauce, etc.
