It is still owned by the Rospigliosis-Pallavicini family today. All menus are in French and feature French dishes. There are menus for lunch and dinner. "Menus for daily luncheons and dinners from the grand Casino dell'Aurora Pallavicini. Built for the Cardinal Scipione Borghese over the ruins of the Baths of Constantine, the casino is home to an impressive collection of art, including painting, sculptures and frescoes, and is still owned and operated by Rospigliosi-Pallavicini family today. Despite the Italian location of the Casino, all menus are written in French and feature traditional French dishes (exception noted below): an example of the dominance and influence of French cuisine throughout the world. An example of items from the menus include: Consomme aux quenelles, filet de boeuf garme, and glace a l'orange. Earlier notebooks are labeled with the name "Meunier". One notebook dates to one month prior to the commencement of World War I; another includes guest lists featuring various shades of royalty. (1930-1931). Each notebook is filled with as many menus as pages in a given volume, and each feature one hand, with occasional margin comments or menu adjustments in an alternate." --from sellers note in FR 2
