Sondag Beauty and the Beast and Ron Perlman Collection
Beauty and the Beast was a network television series that aired for three seasons between 1987 and 1990, and starred Ron Perlman and Linda Hamilton. This collection represents materials relating to Beauty and the Beast fandom, inlcuding fanzines, fan art, and commercial materials. A notable feature of this collection is the Ron Perlman Information and Research Library, a fan-made archive assembled by the donor. The Library was originally housed in three-ring binders, but has since been disbound. The pages of the Library and its index are contained in this collection, along with a large number of miscellaneous Beauty and the Beast and Ron Perlman scrapbook pages. The collection also includes many newspaper and magazine clippings relating to the show and its stars.
