Scope and Contents
From the Collection:
The Linda Coe Halsey papers date from 1929 to 2010 and measure 2.5 linear feet. The papers are arranged in two series: Personal and Community.
The Personal series (1959-1999) contains recipe books and obituaries from family members. It also has four scrapbooks made by Halsey in her youth, two of which include newspaper clippings of girls’ 6 on 6 basketball.
The Community series (1929-2010) includes work Halsey did with different organizations in Iowa. It is also made up of legal pads and a circular string of bobbins.
