Scope and Contents
Commissioned for "The Beauty in Breathing" exhibition. The drawings are arranged as a grid, 4 across and 5 down. Each drawing contains the same repetitive, printed text without spacing between words as a background, viz. "breathing just one more lung of air next to the bone he squeezed me so hard I thought my ribs would break breathe OK OK." The collage elements include letters, lines, abstract images, text from the background, and reproductions of animals and plants. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
