As with other Depew books, the page count includes the blank side of the page, e.g., 24 leaves equals 48 pages. In this book, Depew utilized a single woodcut square and progressively removed a increasing portion of it page by page so that by the end of the book only a small, irregularly shaped printed fragment remained.
