Scope and Contents

This is a biography of the real and imagined events in the life of Charlie Lang. The story line deals with the manic-depressive illness of Lang who was a rock musician and an outsider artist. A section covers his institutilization and treatment with psychotropic drugs. The typeface for the voice of Charlie is Gill Sans and over 24 other typefaces are used as well. The images and text were created with scanner and desktop publishing software. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
