Following an introductory essay in English by Karl Riha, the remainder of this book consists of reviews of PIPS in newspapers and magazines. The title of this book in English is "Why Adolf Hitler has not become an Artist." Each of the contributing artists/poets answers this question with one or more drawings or poems. For example, Olbrich writes a sentence,"? -- It's a true story." Garnier provides three ink drawings of caricatures of Hitler that focus on his prominent facial features, his moustache and hair swept to one side. This work consists of an exhibition catalogue documenting and depicting multiples done by the international community of mail and stamp artists. The box consists of multiples made by HUB Gallery participants as well as other artists in the exhibition, e.g., artist and (edition size), Erica Van Horn (200), Tamara Wyndham (?), Stephen Spurrier (100), Dystatic (?), J.C. Introductory essays for this outstanding Assembling periodical are provided by Denis Poniz and Franci Zagoricnik. The latter mentions that the first publication of Slovene Concrete Poetry appeared in 1966 and that international collaborations began in 1967. Further, Zagoricnik indicates that Westeast was highly influenced by Spatola's Anthology Geiger. The content is weighted toward concrete poetry and typewriter poetry although several other artistic and poetic genres are included. This issue has been poorly bound causing pages to become loosened from the binding.
