Scope and Contents Includes a calligraphic drawing on the Labyrinth, Abracadabra, and Rimbaud's "Vowel's" by Furnival that extends over 3 pages. The optical typewriter poem was done by Charles Cameron in 1966. The micrographic, collaged drawing was made by Peter James. Two pages consist of Houedard works, viz., shaped typewriter poem undated, pop-up typewriter poem undated, 2 typewriter poems undated and 3 typewriter poems dated 140164, 091263, 190964; also, ink drawing 090663 and photograph. Also, includes two ink drawings (1954) and two typewriter poems (1981) by Houedard. Contains a proof copy of Stampart 1, Coracle (1977) and a colored print from Furnival's Erik Satie (1976) by Ron King. Also, includes print (lauter) and sound poem, (hosi + anna, Verlag Klaus Wagenbach, 1971) by Jandl, shaped ink poem by Birney, ink drawing by Hansjorg Mayer, concrete poem with colored text by Emmett Williams, a watercolor spanning 2 pages by Samuel Buri, ink drawing by Nuttall, and typing by Wheatley. The drawing and its frame have an octogonal shape. The labyrinth was taken from Furnival's illustrated book, "Blind Date." The words "Parole, Parabole and Parabolique" are written run-on and in some places on top of the original words in the passages of the labyrinth as viewed from above. The calligraphic text at the bottom of the work reads, "Shakespeare, his maze, His Queen, the Lord Southampton, & the dark lady, with the gestures of Rhetorick." Each of the above mentioned is pictured in the print. Several of these elements are present in the drawing on wooden board held in the Sackner Archive.
