The book was made by Bruggeman based on poems by Lazer. The poems are illustrated with drawings of repetitive events, the electrocardiogram, electroencephalogram, an experimental music score, sine waves, and graphic solutions to mathematical equations. The poems on one side of the book are set in readable type, the poems on the verso are set in illegible smudged type.
