Scope and Contents The colophon indicates that the signed and numbered edition with one original of 50 copies, a signed and numbered edition of 100 copies and a numbered edition of 900 copies. The current copy identified as XVIII/L is part of the most limited edition of this work. The original is a graphite drawing of an oval by Gianni B. [Gianni Bertini?]. The box includes a plastic bag signed by Joseph Beuys containing a polemic on the differences between Democracy and Socialism with enclosed loose sheets signed by Beuys documenting his famous Coyote performance held in NYC. Also contains an wrapped plastic, roped object by Christo. Byars contributed is a silver quarter American coin plated with gold enclosed by a black crumpled paper wrapping.
