The theme of this book is New Orleans jazz. Dencker plays the banjo and traveled to New Orleans where he found many of the collaged elements. Miniature Obscure, No. 6: Between, 1996
Cards and objects of the same dimensions are stacked between two square, thick wooden plywood boards that are held together by two long screws with flanged nuts. The word "between" is printed on the cover board and blind embossed on the dividing handmade thick paper sheets. Most of the artwork relates directly to the theme of this assembling, e.g., 'zwischen' in German, 'between' in English. Miniature Obscure, No. 7: Culinary, 1997
Cards and objects of the same dimensions are stacked into a pyramid shaped, brightly printed, colored box. The artists and poets contributed one or several pieces to this assembling. The ceramic object made by Axel Fabry is a replica of a sunny-side up egg. The booklet is made like a sandwich. Raoul Hausmann's "sound-reel," a sound poem held by the Sackner Archive is depicted on page 146. It depicts the hand writtem added letters, signs and numbers that are often not present in other reproductions of the poem.
