Biography
Jo Rabenold lived in Iowa City during the 1970s and early 1980s. She was a political activist interested in a variety of causes, especially those regarding women and sexuality. She participated in many groups in Iowa City, including the Women's Resource and Action Center and the Lesbian Alliance. In fact, one acquaintance describes her as "a roving lesbian" who devoted her time and energy wherever needed.
