This was Included in the Grant U. Roman Archive. According to a note at the bottom, this poem was composed "after Eugen Gomringer's 'ping pong.'" Wikipedia: Robert Pinget (Geneva, July 19, 1919 "“ Tours, August 25, 1997) was a major avant-garde French writer, born in Switzerland, who wrote several novels and other prose pieces that drew comparison to Beckett and other major Modernist writers. He was also associated with the nouveau roman movement. Francis Jean Gaston Alfred Ponge (27 March 1899 "“ 6 August 1988) was a French essayist and poet. Influenced by surrealism, he developed a form of prose poem, minutely examining everyday objects. He was the inaugural recipient of the Neustadt International Prize for Literature in 1974. Mentions support of Sackner Archive in producing "Adrift" a holographic poem composed of seven words that dissolve into space and into each other with viewing. The reading process takes place along the Z axis. The letters that form the words float irregularly along several Z axis except for the word "breathe" which is somewhere integrated into the overall field. One of the poems entitled "persilschein" that is depicted, the word is a German idiom meanung "Clean Bill of Health" The top line refers to the Nazi brown shirts who after WWII were denazified according to evidence present to the allies and now became "white shirts."Wikipedia: Kurt Adolf Mautz (* June 1st 1911 in Montigny-les-Metz , "  November 2000 in Wiesbaden ) was a German literary scholar and writer .
