Ridiculous Day parade in Washington. Seifert's store entry received second prize. First place went to McLellan's Store and third prize was awarded to Osincup's Drug Store.; Ronnie Goff pilots his father's 1902 model Sears car around the square during the annual Ridiculous Day parade. His passenger is Oren Jarvis.
