DOG’S MORNING VISIT - Much of Gilmore's day is kept busy with visits with his many friends throughout Washington. He dropped into the Evening Journal office late one morning for a visit with publisher R.E. Shannon, one of his good friends from West Washington Street.; TRACK RECORD BOARD - John Sproule, local elementary school coach, with Eddie Kiesey and Tim Trotman with one of the two new elementary track record boards which have been put up in the Lincoln and Stewart Schools here this year.; CAPPING CEREMONY - A group of 24 Gray Ladies and Gray Men were certified and capped at a ceremony. Mrs. Ralph Martin, general chairman in charge of the program, is shown on the right in the picture above with three of the group of Gray Men and Gray Ladies who were capped at the cercmony. They are Mrs. Stanley Eash, Claude McCoy, and J.B. Walker.
