Representatives of the local VFW Auxiliary presented flowers to all teachers in the Washington schools and in several of the surrounding rural schools Friday morning. At the local Junior High School Mrs. Casey Jones and Mrs. Gerald McGaffey presented two of the flowers to principal Jesse Linch and another teacher, Mrs. Robert Everetts.; COSTUMED BOWLERS - For the final league play of the current season the 40 women who make up the eight teams came dressed up in costumes ranging from cowboy hats and pajamas to mountaineer outfits complete with a trusty squirrel gun. The old mountaineer on the left is Mrs. Bill Trotter of Ainsworth and the Swiss mountain climber beside her is Mrs. Bob Lowe. Little Bo-Peep seated at the scorers table is Mrs. Cecil Long.
