Kerm's DX Station in Ainsworth; A crowd of over 500 local and area residents were on hand to tour the new Rose Motel here at the open house Saturday afternoon, according to motel owners, W.H. Graber and Glen Klopfenstein. Graber, left, and Klopfenstein, right, paused during the busy afternon Satur day to have a cup of the coffee which was served to the many persons attending the open house. Announcement was also made this morning that Mrs. Ira E. Saunders of Brighton was winner of the first prize at the open house which is free night's lodging for a party of six at the motel. Other door prizes went to Patricia Brown of Washington winning the second prize electric coffee maker; Mrs. Hazel Jacobs of Riverside, stainless steel thermos jug; and Bill Marie Jr. of Washington, a picnic ham.
