#07 Sheriffs and Break-In Loot — County officials captured the two responsible for at least seven break-ins in the area, six of which took place last night. Left to right, county deputy sheriff Robert Swift, Henry County Sheriff Russ Van Tuyl, Washington County Sheriff Charles Snyder, Keokuk County Sheriff J.
