#13 HIGHWAY CHECK - Highways 1 and 82 just northwest of Washington. A special information check was being taken. College students were seated in folding chairs at the center of the highway and each person driving the highway in a car or truck was stopped for a few seconds and asked where he was from, where he was going, and how often he traveled this route.
