Moothart was crowned as Washington High School's 1961 Homecoming Queen. She is shown above with Pam Thomassen, who was 1960 homecoming queen. Attendants to the queen were Mildred Moore, Ruth Ann Wilson, Pat McClure, Ann Stewart, and Kay Berkhoff. The sophomore class float entry took first place.
