Leo Marie of Washington (left) is county director; Wes Freel of Wellman is treasurer, and Earl Dickinson of Brighton (seated) is secretary of the group.; #21 Jaycees — John Winga (left) and Jim Richart were recipients of two of the community's most coveted awards. Winga was honored as "Outstanding Boss of the year". Richart was named the "Outstanding Young Man of 1961" in Washington and received the Jaycees' distinguished service award.
