This collection has been processed into 24 series and consists primarily of negatives, contact sheets, and paper copies of digital files dated 1934 to 2009 (Bulk 1971-2009), with athletics well represented. Photographic prints exist in the men's basketball and football series, with a few in women's basketball and field hockey. Series are clustered as men's athletics, men's and women's combined, and women's athletics – based on how the events were photographed. From 1999 to 2009, Photo Services staff placed still images on DVDs, which are housed in Series 24.
