There have been three University Oral History Projects, the first in 1976-1977 (James Beilman), the second in 1999-2001 (Linda Yanney), the third from 2003-2021 (David McCartney). The first was transcript focused (although a partial set of the sound recordings exists) while the second and third are digitally recorded and transcribed, preserving both original recording and transcripts. In the case where Beilman, Yanney, or McCartney are not the ones conducting the interviews in this collection, the name of each interviewer is listed under the specific interview information.
