The Center for Diversity and Enrichment manages several programs and services intended to create a welcoming climate for students, staff, and faculty from underrepresented communities. These include: Advantage Iowa Scholars, Black in Business, Iowa Edge, Latinx Youth Summit, Iowa First Nations Summer Program, mentoring programs, and Student Support Services. The Office of Affirmative Action is a forerunner of CDE.
