The Millicent Mary Cuplin scrapbook measures 1 linear inches and dates from 1889-1994. The scrapbook, compiled by Marilyn Wirtz, contains photocopies of letters of recommendation and references written for Cuplin, school directories, other memorabilia from East High School, and photographs of East High's first football team. Also included are several newspaper articles dating from 1994, when East High celebrated the centennial of its football program; Cuplin's contributions to the program are featured in some of the articles. A genealogical chart of Cuplin's family makes up the final folder.

Copies of the Millicent Mary Cuplin scrapbook are also held by the State Historical Society of Iowa, located in Iowa City and Des Moines.
