Biographical / Historical

Alice Morse Atkinson was born in Iowa in 1939. She was a member the Pilot Pals 4-H club in Marengo for nine years. The club activities she participated in included music, personal accounts, fire safety, and reading. She served as chairman of the Booth Committee and as club historian. She attended Iowa State College, now Iowa State University.
