Biographical / Historical

The Danish Ladies Aid Society was organized by migrants from Denmark in the nineteenth century. It served as a religious, recreational, and cultural hub.

The Danish Ladies Aid Society of Raleigh, North Carolina, met from 1977 to 1983. They held small gatherings with members and celebrated holidays and special events together.
