Biographical / Historical

The New Century Club of Mount Vernon was founded in 1916. Club meetings, which occurred twice monthly or once a month through the years, consisted of a roll call and a program. Programs consisted of research papers written by members, readings, and book reports. In 1999, club members contributed to a time capsule to be unearthed and opened in 2050.
