Biographical / Historical
Adalaide “Dee” Morris collected feminist publications from the 1970s to the early 2000s. She was a professor of English at the University of Iowa starting in 1974. She published numerous books about poetry and culture as well as journal articles and presentations on poetry in the information age. She served as the English Department Chair as well as advisory board chair to The Iowa Review and the GRE Literature in English committee. Morris was an editor for a variety of publications and journals in the fields of modern poetry, experimental writing, and new media poetics and pedagogy.
