The letter from Jeffrey Weinberg of Water Row Books offers a notebook by Charles Crumb to Marvin Sackner. The covers and eight pages are reproduced as photocopied colored sheets. These depict obsessive dense, linear calligraphic markings as well as scattered cartoon-like head portraits. Scope and Contents This polemic deals with the reprecussions of the arrests of d.a. levy and James Lowell on obscenity charges (among others).
