Scope and Contents The Vietnamese Student Association (VSA) records contain materials from the student organization on the University of Iowa Campus from their early years in 1986 to 2020. Containing organizational administrative records including constituions in both Vietnamese and English, a run of their VSA magazine published predmominately in Vietnamese, and brochures, programs, and fliers from their annual Lunar New Year celebration, this collection represents the breadth of their activities on campus.This collection is part of the Student Organizations Organizing their Records (SOAR) project in the University Archives. The Purpose of SOAR is to ensure that the legacy of each student organization on the University of Iowa campus is being actively preserved.
