This booklet printed by da levy is the first edition; the Sackner Archive also holds the 2nd edition. According to an essay in Congress No.1, this book was seized by Cleveland Police for obscenity from Asphodel Book Store in 1966 but in Marvin Sackner's perusal, it did not even remotely reveal obcenity. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
