This book documents Porter's work in photography, photograms, typography, book design, print, collage, and sculpture. Most of the images are photographs of abstract images with wide application of the "Rayogram" technique. This book was published in English by Doubleday in 1975 in a signed edition of 150 copies accompanied by a lithograph. This copy does not give the tirage nor does it have the acompanying lithograph. The Doubleday copy was estimated at $300/$500 at Pacific Book Auction Galleries in 1996. The book consists of the love story reproduced in Miller's handwriting about his infatuation at age 75 years with a 25 year old Japanese singer. It is illustrated with 12 drawings by Miller that are reproduced in color at the end of the book. Some drawings are solely visual, others are visual poetic in content. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.

Although the edition size was 800 copies, most were destroyed in a warehouse fire. According to the bookseller, Phillip Pirages, this book was recently discovered as part of a group of these books in mint condition. The book consists of a calligraphed manuscript with several expressionistic and Miro-like illustrative images. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
