Carrega presents a classification system on the three unbound pages for these "active writings" by Italian visual poets. A fuller description of his system was published as a book with the same title (also held by the Sackner Archive). This anthology is an outstanding contemporary survey of Poesia Visiva. Handcolored additions to the prints, done on varied paper stock and color, were made by Scanavino, Sanesi, Marocco, Pozatti, Carrega, and Finotti. Collaged additions to the prints including b&w photographs, thread, and magazine clippings, were made by De Leonardis, Altamira, Brunetti, Carpi, Castagnotto, Carrega, Oberto, Niccolai, and Izzo. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
