Scope and Contents This is an anthology of Balestrini's poems and essays from the time he lived in Milan 1975. On Balestrini's website, Andrea Cortellessa writes "Unlike traditional epic, who sings the tale of the origins in tone fabulous because the bard is exactly great distance from the events, this Balestrini is an epic of which is written 'in direct, "and then takes rather tones chronicle. Just the chronicles of events are cut, mounted with other materials and (conventional) verse. This structure, tend random (remember the experiments computer poetry of the sixties) reaches a maximum penalty in that appears to the reader 'posthumous' of that season, a true masterpiece -- certainly one of the outcomes achieved most of Balestrini, and of the entire poem the Seventies: the quadripartite poem Blackout.
