This publication is the proceedings of an Asthma symposium chaired by Marvin Sackner sponsored by Key Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Sackner commissioned the book artist, John Eric Broaddus to re-create this book in his unique and highly original style. Three copies were made by the artist; two were presented to the chairman and president of Key Pharmaceuticals and the third copy is held by the Sackner Archive. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.

This book includes a reprint of The Box Lunch Travel-og of Fremont Gulch and a photocopied colored reproduction of a painting in the collection of Ingrid Swanberg. The insert folder contains reprints of A marijuana ready-made, Hapy Hiroshima Day, and postcard (ganglia 5 cent piece). According to Kent Taylor in a personal communication (1997) to the Sackners, this was d.a levy's second book. Further, he believes that "Dave" in the inscription was Dave Williams, a boy friend of Taylor's first wife, levy's cousin, Joan.
